TGIF talkgroups on Android.
Pick a TGIF talkgroup and talk. TGIF has one server address, and the app keeps its talkgroup list current.
What TGIF is
TGIF is a DMR network with its own talkgroup list. Hotspots and apps connect to one server address, and a call on a talkgroup reaches everyone on it.
TGIF gives you a hotspot security key on your TGIF profile. Save it once with your account and every device you pair uses it.
At a glance
| Server | One server address |

Set up TGIF once.
New to Unified Radios? Create a free account and pair the app first. Sign up with your callsign and we bring in your DMR ID, which every digital mode uses. You can also start without a callsign and add both later.
Copy your security key
On the TGIF website, open the Security tab of your profile and copy your hotspot security key.
Save it in the portal
On your User Portal profile, choose Edit Credentials, paste the key for TGIF and press Validate TGIF.
Choose a talkgroup and talk
In the app, choose TGIF and a talkgroup, then press Push to Talk.
TGIF voice and the talkgroup list are free. With a subscription, your favorite TGIF talkgroups become memories beside your local repeaters, synced with the User Portal. See plans.
The reconnect countdown
If you reconnect straight away, the app shows "Waiting for TGIF" with a countdown and connects when TGIF is ready. Another network connects right away in the meantime.
