D-STAR REF reflectors on Android.
Pick a REF reflector and a module from the list the app keeps current, and talk. No hotspot and no gateway to set up.
What REF reflectors are
REF is one of the families of D-STAR reflectors. A REF reflector links D-STAR stations over the internet and is split into modules named by letters.
REF reflectors link callsigns registered for D-STAR, and the app checks each time you link. It tells you plainly when your callsign needs registering, to link or to transmit.

Questions about REF reflectors.
What if the app says my callsign is not registered?
REF reflectors link callsigns registered for D-STAR. Once yours is registered, link again.
Why can I listen but not transmit?
Your callsign needs D-STAR registration to transmit. The app tells you when that is the case; link again once it is registered.
Can I use DCS reflectors too?
Yes. DCS reflectors are in the app as well.
